Central Colorado Conservancy is searching for a talented Development and Project Director. The exciting role is currently funded for ten-months full time, with opportunity to become a longer-term full time role given positive outcomes. Responsibilities include fundraising and donor development plus project management of a high-profile regional project. The Salida-based position offers opportunity to make a difference, connect to a special community, learn and grow as part of a strong team.

The Conservancy is an active, growing non-profit organization focused on conserving our vital lands and waters. We are also a certified land trust with a dedicated board and staff. The position will work closely with the Executive Director and the Board. A successful applicant will: demonstrate commitment to our mission, be organized, efficient and able to build relationships with donors, volunteers, businesses and community members. We are looking for project management skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic, fun team.
